XPENG-W: Rumors of Paying RMB20,000 to Jump Queue for Vehicle Delivery Dismissed; Molds Added to Boost GX Production Capacity

In response to extended delivery waiting times for the XPENG GX in light of strong sales and online rumors claiming that customers could pay RMB20,000 to jump the queue for earlier delivery, He Xiaopeng, Chairman and CEO of XPENG-W (09868.HK), clarified that such claims are rumors.

He stressed that XPENG will not adopt any practice of charging extra fees to prioritize deliveries, and that deliveries of the XPENG GX are strictly arranged according to the order in which customers place their bookings.
